We live in the age of the terrorist. They reign supreme: they command our attention every time we turn on the national or world news, or surf the Internet. The challenge in dealing with terrorists is this: how do you find people who do not want to be found? The best strategy seems to be to place people into places where terrorists are likely to gather, who can report on anything suspicious - sort of a ‘reverse sleeper agent.’ This seems to be the only way of penetrating their web of deceit.
