My best friend got married last weekend, and the wedding was beautiful. She didn’t go overboard like some women do; from her wedding gown to the centrepieces, everything was understated and classy. What I liked best about her wedding was all of the personalized touches. She and her husband wrote their own vows, and even had personalized wedding jewelry. Inside the band, they had their name and the date of their wedding engraved. I think it just added that extra special touch to what was already a really special day for them. They’ll be able to pass those rings down as family heirlooms, and the engravings just make it even more personalized and meaningful. I am definitely taking notes for when I get married!
